Cancellation Policy

*CANCELLATION Appointments that are rescheduled or cancelled with less than 24 hour notice will be charged 50% of the services booked for that day. *LATE POLICY Clients who show up 10+ minutes late to their appointments may need to reschedule their appointment and may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. *NO CALL / NO SHOW Clients who do not show up for their appointment and do not attempt to contact me will be charged 100% of services booked. *DEPOSITS Deposits are required to secure your appointment time for certain services and are applied toward to final cost of services. You do not need to pay another deposit if you wish to reschedule your appointment. If you cancel or no show your appointment, you will lose your deposit at your own expense. You may also be subject to a cancellation or no show fee if it applies to your situation. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. *If any charges decline, the client must pay all fees due prior to booking any future appointments. FILL APPOINTMENTS Must be booked within 3 weeks of last appointment. Fill appointments booked 3+ weeks out may be subject to a $15 fee to cover the additional supplies and time required to complete the service. Appointments booked 4+ weeks out will require a Full Set appointment. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE / REFUNDS If a client is overall dissatisfied with the outcome of services received they must let me know within 3 days of their appointment. If theyโ€™d like they may schedule an appointment to fix their lashes for free. If a client wishes to receive a refund for any reason, they must agree to come in for a removal of their lash extensions, free of charge. If a client declines to have the extensions removed, they will not receive a refund. Clients who come in with existing extensions from a different service provider and decline to have them removed, are ineligible to schedule an appointment to fix their lashes and must pay for a removal to receive a refund. CLIENT ETIQUETTE Clients agree to refrain from cellphone usage during their application process. If they MUST use their cellphone during their appointment, their service will be paused to allow them to complete their text/call. This will take away from their service time at their expense. Clients are NOT permitted to bring children or pets to their appointment. This is because clients must keep their eyes closed for the duration of their appointment and thus will not be able to supervise their children or pets.
